Guidelines for packaging, shipping, and returns.

SHIPPING

Most orders ship within a few days, but please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to ship. Please contact me immediately at hello@teaganwhite.com if you need your order by a specific date!

US Domestic Orders:
US orders ship USPS First Class with a 1-5 day transit time. US orders of more than $100 are automatically insured.

International Orders:
Non-domestic orders ship USPS First Class International. Insurance is not currently available for international orders. Transit times vary by country. Please note that international shipments could take more than a month to arrive. If you do not receive your package within 40 days of shipment, please email me at hello@teaganwhite.com so I can file an insurance claim, and send you a replacement or refund.


 

packaging

All work 11” x 14” and smaller is packaged in paper sleeves and shipped flat in rigid mailers. If your order includes any larger prints, your entire order will be shipped in a sturdy mailing tube.

I package orders with the most sustainable supplies I can find, and my packaging is plastic-free, excepting large orders which may ship in a recycled mailing tube with plastic endcaps. All mailers, tubes, inner packaging, tape, and labels used are curbside recyclable. Please reuse or recycle. Original art may be packaged with reused plastics such as bubble wrap.


 

returns

If you receive an incorrect, defective, or damaged item, please let me know as soon as possible and I will be happy to offer you a replacement or refund.
If the item was damaged in transit, please take photos of each damaged item and the exterior packaging, and email them to me at hello@teaganwhite.com; I will need these in order to file an insurance claim and replace or refund your order.


 

lost shipments

If you think your package has been lost in transit, please contact me at hello@teaganwhite.com. I’ll be able to tell you whether your order has shipped, check the tracking status, and replace the order if necessary.


 

UK & EU

UK Customers: As of January 2021 I’m required to collect VAT on all UK orders. Prices shown are VAT inclusive. If you place an order amounting to more than £135, your order is VAT exempt, and I will refund any tax collected.

EU Customers: I have resumed shipping to EU member countries. Due to recent changes to EU VAT, customers may be charged customs fees on receipt of some packages. Please reach out if you have any problems receiving your package or are charged high fees; I’m still learning the new rules for each EU member country and trying to make the process as smooth as possible for you, so I appreciate any feedback.


 

local pickup

I offer contactless local pickup in SE Portland, Oregon. If you select this option at checkout, you will receive a confirmation email with the pickup address. I will contact you via email when your order is ready, and arrange a date and time for you to collect it.
